Return Process

  Log into your Naaptoldeals account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories before our courier partner arrives for the pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
